The impact of state and dispositional mindfulness on prospective memory: A virtual reality study
Prospective memory is remembering to do something later, and it is what mind wandering is most likely to cost. This virtual-reality study separates state from dispositional mindfulness and asks which of the two predicts remembering an intention in a realistic environment.
