Dispositional mindfulness attenuates the emotional attentional blink
In the emotional attentional blink, an emotionally charged distractor makes the next target hard to see at all. People higher in dispositional mindfulness showed a smaller blink, suggesting trait mindfulness buffers the attentional cost of emotional distraction.
